Yesterday I joined a local GYM near lower parel station. Since last many days I was feeling lazy, cold, feverish & was not able to understand the root cause of it. Then a though came that lets try GYM. Since last 1 week I was waiting for Anand Joshi to accompany me but then I decided that its high time now & I joined it without waiting for Joshi.
It was First day so I did a bit of warm up, 2-2 sets of inclined bech press with dumbells of 15 lbs each - 2 for upper chest & 2 for lower chest, then for wings, upper chest lateral pull down, then 2 sets of shoulder raises.
It felt very nice after that & today I have already started feeling fresh.
This time i am determined to continue for a longer period.
